I hope for a replacement

My led lights won’t change color and the white color they are on is not the same as the rest. I got them not that long ago and my warranty is not up yet I was hoping maybe to get a replacement to see if it is just these ones or maybe this brand is just not for me.

The remote to pair lights has never flashed and my lights are brand new from the box. The lights won’t connect at all.

When you plug the lights they automatically come on and you can’t do anything with them thru the app
