Lights will not change colors

Lights are stuck on white and will not change at all not the tone of the light nothing is working on the lights they will trun on but will change colors or anything else

The app is complicated. The instructions say you can make your own scene but there is no way to have multiple colors on the same strip of lights. If there is, it definitely is not easy to figure out how.
