I was dreaming of having this mixer for many years. Finally after getting it I am very happy with my purchase. It's great for mixing and whipping stuff that requires long time like eggs, dough and soufflé. It's easy to clean. It's vey heavy so you'll have to keep it on the kitchen countertop. But it's really a beautiful device and adds charm to the kitchen. I had to adjust the height of the whip so that it won't touch the bowl. But it was simple and took only a couple of minutes.
