I have owned one for approx 7 years. I purchased one for my mom recently since she has been having increasing difficulties baking her favorite pastries/breads/cookies these past years. She had purchased one about 6 months ago from another manufacturer and was not pleased with it. It jumped around and hesitated with thicker recipes. She had been extremely pleased with mine over the past years, so this Christmas..she received her early Christmas present from me. Now she will be able to do all her baking she loves to do during the Christmas season. Can't wait for her homemade bread again!. I would HIGHLY recommend this to everyone, especially for the elderly that are having difficulties with arthritis! It will bring cheer back into baking for them. :)

The mixer runs very quiet and the bowl with the handle is very convienient. Received the meat grinder, but have not used it. It came in an unsealed box and the grinder was not wrapped up. Could have some hidden damage to be determined later.
