This is by far the best piece of equipment I have bought for my kitchen. I am someone who is absolutely in love with cooking and who loves to experiment and try out new recipes. I must say that my kitchen aid stand mixer helps me out with almost every job in the kitchen, be it kneading flour for my breads, whipping my own butter, making oh-so-great cake and cookie batters or making fresh pasta from a scratch. What a great buy. This appliance is my best friend. I'm not a pro in the kitchen but this mixer is easy to use. Like a kid I play and experiment with different non traditional things like shred chicken for pulled or salad. Also my no brainer spiralizer cuts peeling and coring a breeze. Made spiral carmel apples for the kids last night. Pricey but with the quality and many uses I don't know why I didn't purchase one sooner.
