[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is good for so much more then baking. I love making mashed potatoes in his thing. Easy to use, easy to clean, and absolutely beautiful on the counter when not in use. I don't know why everyone doesn't have one of these!

Love this new kitchenaid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a 20+ old 4.5 Qt Kitchenaid that has seen me through many batches of royal icing, cookies etc. Looking forward to the extra 1/2 qt of capacity--esp when making large batches of cookies. The pouring shield design is not as good as the gap in it permits flour to escape. Have to figure out a fix for this.
