I've been able to make several batches of Christmas cookies with ease. I'm still learning other ways I can put it to use and look forward to getting more attachments so I can make homemade noodles.

A True Workhorse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my KA Artisan for making candies and confections in large batches. When working with hot bases that cool quickly, it is very hard to get everything mixed in smoothly before the base begins to set, but the KA handles the chore with no problems and since I started using the KA the finished quality of my confections have improved. Given how much I demand of my KA, I know when I ask it to do ordinary mixing tasks it will always be up for the task.
