[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Merry Christmas to me. This is the most amazing piece of equipment I have ever purchased. I was able to crank out so much cookie dough in such a short time, that my baking was done in no time. The machine is so quiet that my husband came into the kitchen after I was finished and asked "when are you going to start the cookie dough?" What a work horse.

Made Christmas cookies with it this year and the smoothness of the mixer and the quantity it can handle made cookie making so much easier, especially compared to my usual hand mixer. Love the red color that perfectly matches the decor of my kitchen.
