I tried it today mix mashed potatoes and had to end up using a hand mixer because it didn’t get the consistency I wanted. Maybe it just for baking or I need more practice. Looks nice on my counter though haha

The Best Mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a KitchenAid stand mixer for decades. I don't know what I would do without it. It is my baking buddy for cookies, cakes and breads. I have only one complaint for this excellent product - the whisk attachment should be totally stainless steel so it can go in the dishwasher. The tines are stainless but the top part corrodes if put in the dishwasher, and even if carefully washed by hand, will corrode over time. Otherwise EXCELLENT!!!
