Quick & Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband, sister & mother surprised me with this beautiful mixer replacing my sad handheld wimpy mixer. I started with my first ever attempt at bread and it was incredibly easy and tasty. Next I made a cheese log and there was no hand grating with the grating attachments and only one small nub of ungrated swiss cheese - much less than on the food processor. The cheeses came together quickly and clean up is a breeze!
