My mixer is new but so far I am more than pleased. I have made a cake, mixed meat loaf and made homemade quick breads. It has cut my time in half and everything was good. I would like to purchase a second bowl in a small size (3 quart) in order to be able to mix two different things at the same time.

I'm thrilled to have this mixer. It makes bread dough without a problem. I make 3 loaded at a time and it handles it quite well. I also make fresh butter. It takes all the hard work out of that process. My favorite cookie recipe is rather stiff and difficult to stir up by hand. It has burned up more than one of the weaker mixers I've had in the past. Great mixer and I'm looking forward to many years of doing more with it.
