[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 20 years, my original 4.5 quart Kitchen Aid passed into the kitchen in the sky. I waited to get the best deal I could on the 5 quart. I made several batches of cookies, bread, and even tried the pie crust recipe from the included cookbook. Even after several batches of cookies in one day, the machine had no issues. I would highly recommend the investment. I am looking forward to getting several attachments (grinder and food processor).

We found a great deal prior to Christmas, and at last we have a great new member to our kitchen appliances. It's sturdy and a true classic piece. We hope it lives a long long life.
