I purchased this mixer for myself several months ago and am so happy I did! I had an off brand stand mixer for awhile, but typically just used a hand mixer. Making frosting is now such a breeze. It definitely takes the work out of baking.

I bought this to use instead of my hand mixer. I just made a delicious sugar-free pumpkin pie, but my husband had to move the mixer forward on the counter. It is too heavy to lift with arthritic hands. But it works well at mixing.

A great mixer that has expanded what we can do in the kitchen. Apart from the standard attachments, we have the ice cream attachment and it is amazing - no more store bought ice cream for us. We also bake a lot and this makes everything consistent and mixed properly.
Removed one star because we did have an issue with the locking mechanism - during a large batch it would unlock itself, but this was resolved.
Would highly recommend
