This was an early Christmas gift that I recieved back in October. I have always used small, cheap, hand held mixer. My mom kept trying to get me to buy one because she had one & loved it so. I finally gave in to her and told my husband he could go ahead and get me one. (He had also been trying to convince me). I am so glad that they both persisted. I love it so much and I just wish I had not been so stubborn about it.. Baking has never been so easy, especially during the holiday season..Loving it still...

I can put ingredients in and have them mix while getting other ingredients ready. I finally splurged & bought the mixer I see all the TV cooks using. Made my first pound cake & had a major mess as the flour & some of the batter flew out. So disappointing. My crafty son has made a cover for the portion at the back where the shield does not cover. I'll try again in a few weeks.
