I got a new stand mixer for my 60th birthday from my family. I've always wanted one, but didn't know how much I LOVED it until I started using it. Doubt I'll ever use my hand mixer again! My tilt-head stand mixer is PERFECT! Easy to use. Easy to clean. And, matches the cobalt blue in my kitchen! It is going to be a life saver when I start my holiday baking!

I made 5 pies, noodles 12 pkgs., 24 dozen cookies, (all kinds) from butter cream to oatmeal. The pies were chocolate cream, banana cream both with meringue topping. The pie crust was so easy to make and it was really flaky. I made 4 cheeseballs, 2 dried beef, and 2 regular sharp cheddar cheese. Everything was so easy to mix and it mixed up really easy and no dragging of the mixer or slowing of the beaters. I love my KitchenAid mixer so much. My best Christmas present to myself in a long time. I have looked at them for approximately 3 years. I am so glad I took the plunge and got it.
