So glad I treated myself to this mixer! Lots of times I wouldn't make things because I didn't want to drag out the old hand held!! I've made homemade whipped cream 3 times already!! Never had the patience w/the hand held! Looking forward to making new things for the holidays!!

I bought this about a month ago. It works really well for whipping cream. I made a cheesecake in it and there was a lot of lumps at the bottom. Also, the size I picked was a little to small as it seems like the motor struggles with the stuff I put in the bowl for it to mix. I make a lot of heavy things like cheesecakes and pie crusts.

From the moment I pulled this mixer out of the box and placed it on my counter, I was in love. I chose the almond color because I wanted a classic vintage look. I love it! My baking skills have been taken to a whole new level and the ease of using this machine is ridiculous... You can be a beginner baker or a pastry chef and it would satisfy all your needs!
