I can't begin to tell you how happy I am to finally have my own KitchenAid mixer. I have waited along time. I have made oodles of things and it purrs along tackling everything I throw at it. Iknow this sounds silly but I can walk away from it to put something away or get another ingredient and not worry about it. I have made bread, cakes, whipped cream in a flash. I even made butter!
