[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to assist with holiday baking, realized during the first item that I should have bought one years ago. My first item was a double batch of banana bread and there was no issue, and only took 5 minutes to prepare. Would highly recommend to anyone who does more than an occasional batch of cookies. First weekend used to make 7 batches of cookies, 3 loaves of bread, and 4 various bar recipes. Absolutely love it.

Fun with the Attachments

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was given this Stand Mixer as a Christmas gift and initially did not want to part with my 38 year old Sunbeam mixmaster (which served me well). However, I am so glad the family bought this for me. It is so easy to use, especially with only one beater to attach. As I had some extra money, I decided to purchase the 9 piece spiralizer kit! What an excellent decision. The whole family is involved now with spiralizing all kinds of vegetables and with great success....carrots, sweet potato, rutabaga, turnip, zucchini...the list goes on. Can't wait to buy some more attachments such as the food processor as this machine can handle it with great ease!
