Great but with one drawback

Very pleased with this fan. It's really very quiet for the amount of air it puts out. It's got 3 speeds & oscillates (if you want it to). It's got a sleep setting & timer (which I haven't used). It looks acceptable as a piece of living-room furniture (not too cheezy looking). It has a remote, which I've lost already.
The best thing, tho, is the setting where it kind of randomly pulses like a real wind blowing thru your window. At first I thought it was a stupid gimmick, but I've kind of become addicted to it ... it really does something other fans don't do: it's kind of calming, for some reason.
The drawback? The system they have to secure the 'cage' around the blades is ridiculous. There's a cheap, impossible to install band that comes with it ... I gave up attempting to use it & used 4 plastic zip-ties to put the thing together. I'd still buy this thing again, tho: recommended.
I would recommend this to a friend!
