I received my Kozy fast. The sauna has a floating floor and started to come apart when we tried to slide it further onto a pad I had on the floor. I had to take the pad out from under it, so we could slide the sauna into the corner where I wanted it. My only complaint is that it could be a little sturdier. Once assembled, operation is extremely easy. The bluetooth connects easily, and the speakers are perfect for the guided meditations I listen too. It takes about 30mins to reach 135 with a max temperature setting of 140. It is definitely cozy. I am a woman, 5'9 about 170, and I am okay. If you have wide shoulders or are taller, it may feel tight. I love it so far! The heat feels great, I sweat, and the red light therapy and chromotherapy addition is nice! I am new to sauna, so I feel as if this was a great place to start my wellness journey. I am very happy with my purchase! Thank you.

Easy assembly and user friendly!

This sauna was easy to assemble, even by myself. Word of caution it must be done on a flat and level surface or you will have trouble with the front panel. Heated up to temp in about 20 minutes. I have only used it once so can't speak to longevity, but got a good sweat even at 120 degrees. Speakers worked great was able to stream a audio book from my phone with good sound quality. Happy so far with purchase. Sidenote, the packaging is excellent, does not come in a cardboard box. It is in a wooden container. A little touch that is greatly appreciated!

Well worth the trip

After a lot of research, we decided on this sauna. Unfortunately, it was on backorder everywhere, even through the company website. We did locate one at a Scheel's store four hours away. It took us a full day of driving, but we are glad that we did. The sauna was packaged so well. It took less than a half hour to put together. We are now enjoying our sauna, and the only regret we have is not getting it sooner!
