I enjoy the sauna. It is a little small/uncomfortable for me at 6’3 200lbs but it does the job. Wish the bench was a little more comfortable but I may just have to upgrade in the future.

After using this sauna for a few days, I already feel a difference in my levels of joint and muscle pain. While I was quite skeptical, I'm becoming a believer. At 81 years of age, I have at least my share of arthritic joints and achy muscles, I can only used acetaminophen, but have used enough to affect my liver. The relief I perceive from the sauna is wonderful.

So far so good. Easy to put together. Had to move the power supply cord retaining clip to be able to plug into the outlet. outside of that was easy to follow instructions to put together.
