The new a/c unit just arrived today and it has been put to use already for the 90plus degree weather right now. Installation was simple and easy to follow.

Scraping noise when the ac

Very loud scraping sound when the ac turns on first time running it... Remote seems laggy. Why isn't the sleep function accessible on the unit itself?
