I've been an AC tech longer than I care to think about.
NEVER installed anything as easy as this.
Get the duct out the window, plug unit in.
Done.

This is my first experience with this company and I'm 3 days in. Heavy to carry up stairs lol, but rolls well. I got the "AC14MWS" version (14,000 btu), and given recommendations I wasn't sure it would be enough. To be honest though, it cools well - much better than expected! (on a 3-room area, about 750-800 sq feet for this floor). Now we'll just have to see how long it's lifetime is. So far, so good though! Cheers
