Uninformed

I haven't used the unit yet. We bought it as a backup after going a 1½ weeks inan Arizona heat wave in August of 2025. AFTER receiving the unit last August it has been stored in original pkging until now. Our Ac went out again so I unpacked the unit and find a notice saying you didn't have the 14k unit available and gave us the 12k unit instead. The kind of info that we should have been told BEFORE ordering and paying for the unit. Hopefully this unit works better than your communication does.

We just let it sit upright for 24 hours and now she’s on, purring like kitten, and working like champ, at least so far that is.

So far so good. My father has 2 of these units and they both have worked good. I’m hoping for the same!

While I've only used it once, setup was a snap and it blows really cold air. Much appreciated!
