I bought it for my 12x20 building so 240square feet and it will not keep it cool during the day. The building is insulated and sheet rocked. And night gets pretty cooled but not like I had thought it would for a 14k btu.

After 1 week of use loud noise like rattling scraping noise !! Fan stops after the first 10 minutes but display remains on but no cold air comes out!! I need a replacement please

Works, But the Noise Makes It Unusable

I bought this Airo Comfort unit based on the strong reviews, but my experience has been the complete opposite. The cooling is fine, but the noise level is unbearable. This thing is so loud you can’t sleep, can’t watch TV, and can’t have a normal conversation. On top of the constant roar, it makes squeaky, grinding, and rattling noises that never stop.
It doesn’t sound like normal AC noise, it sounds like something is wrong internally. Even on the lowest fan setting, it’s still disruptive. For the price, I expected something usable, but this unit has been a disappointment.
If noise matters to you at all, I cannot recommend this model.

all good except its draining massive amount of water u actually need a hose to run to the drain other issue is it does not have auto shut off after it reaches set temp and restart all over again

Tonight will be the first night using this 14,000 BTU air conditioner. Set up was pretty straightforward. Turned it on and found it to be blowing amazingly cool air.
