So far, so good. Very Easy installation. I thoroughly enjoy how the window panels and adapters are. My only gripe would to have the panels a little wider so the cutout hole for the hose could be a little higher up on the panel because the bottom 6 o’clock position of the hose is making contact with my window seal and had to get a little creative to fix it. Other than that, it’s great.

About a month in and it works fine! Sometimes its a bit loud but all in all, it does the job!

Portable AC replacement

I gave 4 stars as this unit is a replacement for my other unit that was defective upon arrival. It took some time to get resolved with some back & forth emails. The service team were helpful and courteous and I appreciate that. I hope this unit doesn't have any problems but they did tell me that they would be sure to help & that this new unit is warranted and covered for 3 years. The one replacement unit they originally sent me was sent somewhere else & so I had to open a claim with UPS & deal with that headache on my end but Airo Comfort finally had sent me a replacement for my original faulty unit so hoping all goes well. They do stand behind their word & followed through on replacing my bad unit so I have nothing bad to say about them with that. It's just the time it took, the back & forth & not knowing how long it was going to take that was a little frustrating for me. Thanks again, Airo Comfort support team for your help and support. Much appreciated.

I am installing today and so far so good. It seems to be a nice air conditioner, easy to install and hopefully will keep us cool through out this hot Georgia summer.
