When we used the remote there was a loud clanging noise. When we manually turned it on it didn’t clang. Took 2 men a couple hours to install. Not happy

Fairly EZ installation. Wish they had included the drainage pan, as I don’t think most people have one laying around. I certainly didn’t. The exhaust hose is not firmly attached to the machine fitting; you may need to “screw” it back on firmly. My main gripe is the lack of an included drainage pan. It works as advertised, for an excellent price. Be aware that if you will use it upstairs you’ll need 2 strong men, or an inexpensive step trolley like the one pictured. And then 2 average men can get it up the stairs!
