Just received the unit and haven’t had a chance to use it yet but have to make a review before moving forward, so here it is.
Everything was packed fine and looks to be in perfect condition.

Nice portable a/c unit. I will say that it doesn't seem to cool as well as my Hisense and it's only 8000 BTU.

When my original unit malfunction, the AIRO team was amazing to work with to solve the issue and send out a new unit. This is an amazing company to work with and a great product to own.
