Great air conditioner

Set up easy and came with everything you could need. Had to go get some more weathering tape but that was a personal choice and a piece of wood to keep the window from being accessible.

Installing by myself wasn't a breeze! I live with my elderly Mom upstairs and the a/c went out. the attic area goes all around the living area and the temps in the living area have gone up to 88 and 89. It has been unbearable, but we just can't afford a new a/c right now. This was an alternative we could afford.

There is a problem

The unit after standing for 24 hours started quietly then the compressor started quietly and slowly developed a hum which became a knock and the unit now runs at 69-70 dB which is totally unacceptable.

Our unit only worked for a few days. We have followed all the instructions. Also have extensive researched the E2 error. I think we need a replacement
