As I have a wall ventilation connection, all I needed to do was remove the grill from the hose and it fit right into my wall opening. Other than that we turned it on and it works wonders!

Easy to set up. Very heavy so you will definitely need help carrying the package upon arrival. Set up all by myself. Still waiting on it to cool my room as I just started it for the first time. Noise level is not very loud either.
