I use this every day in summer
It never disappoints. It cools my living room fast and doesn’t make much noise.

It tells me to register before first use. How can I give feedback?

Not as cool as I had hoped

I bought this A/C thinking (with a high BTU of 14,000) that it would be able to cool off a smaller
space than what it says it can cool. Unfortunately, I have found myself disappointed with its low performance and a smell it leaves in my home when turned on.
