After receiving the product, I am trying to cool it down but it doesn’t make my room cool. Does it normally take some time?

The first order was a fail. The air coming from the ac smells when we first turn it on. Then theres a rattle noise. The ac is so loud and its about to break. So i return it. I really wanted to like it, as its dual cool and heat and from its good reviews online. I got ordered a second one. Hopefully this one works

After searching for a new air conditioner for my unit, this one seems to be a perfect match! Unfortunately, I only have a 5 inch vent hole out of the Condo building so you have to find a coupler to downsize it. Would be nice if there was some sort of adapter that came with it

The heat loss from the vent tube and the thin plastic panel that goes in the window is outrageous. You could do better.
