Rough start

Getting the window panel installed was a bit rough. The window does not stay next to the panel easily and I had to figure something else out. However, afterwards, it was easy to get started and the unit is great!

Remote goes to sleep, I can't wake it up without it powering off the unit.

Very happy with the purchase
Quiet, cools well, and looks modern. Haven’t had any problems so far.

They make you leave a review before you even plug it in, so… So far, so good!
