We purchased three units. For one unit, the AC cools but has developed a fan problem, which squeals and makes a very loud noise noise at times. The other two units work well.

More complicated than I thought it would be. I'm sure it will all be worth it.

Just setting up the new unit. Self explanatory and quality materials. Plan to use this unit as an extra source to help support our central Ac unit on days of extreme heat advisories.

It took forever to recover but the packaging was good and I’m happy with the purchase.

Much more quiet than my old ones and I like the fact that it turns off once it reaches the temperature it’s set for.

It works well, but the drain hose slips off the drain outlet. I put a hose clamp around it and tightened it down. That works.
