So far so good! Made Strawberry Sorbet and Frozen Vanilla Yogurt with homemade Greek yogurt and chocolate chips, which were added in after churning, from the recipes in the recipe book that came with the machine. Both came out very good. It is a little hard to assemble in the beginning, but I'm beginning to get the hang of it. My biggest complaint is that I can't see into the machine while churning, without using a flashlight, which is difficult at best. I would really like to be able to monitor how the batch is forming, by looking through a clear lid. I seem to be churning too long and the machine starts to make clunck-clunck noises and I'm afraid that over churning will strain the motor. It is also a bit difficult to remove the frozen product from the machine, because there is always a layer of frozen product on the sides of the freezing bowl, the product outside the bowl starts to melt by the time I finish scrapping out the freezing bowl. This does attestt o the freezing bowl doing its job while it is out of the freezer, its still very cold after 20-30 minutes on the counter working. Maybe you could supply a scrapper with the unit, that would not hurt the freezing bowl, but would make scrapping out the frozen product easier, or you could recommend a product that customers could buy to do the job.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, let me say that this machine is very cute & seems sturdy. It doesn’t require a lot of ingredients to make ice cream, but you have to remember to chill the insert and your ingredients a day or two prior to making the ice cream. Once that is done, you have to make it right after taking the insert out of the freezer or it will not set properly. It is also pretty quiet. All that being said, it makes a decent quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ice cream maker is super cute and small, easy to set on the counter or stow away when not in use. It is a great way to ensure your ice cream has clean ingredients with the added fun of making it yourself!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do really like this product as long as you can keep the one part frozen. It makes very tasty ice cream and only takes about 20ish minutes, but to be honest I would much rather use my Ninja Creami!
