I love the simplicity of this Cuisinart Ice Cream maker. Just freeze the bowl and add your ice cream, sherbet, or yogurt mix and in fifteen minutes you have nearly a quart of delicious frozen treat. I am on a Keto diet and I make great tasting, sugarless ice cream and sherbet. Very minimal clean-up and easy set-up. This is truly a kitchen marvel.
