We have made ice cream 3 times and all have turned out quite well. It works best to have the dish you are moving the ice cream into chilling in the freezer as it melts quickly. Also you don’t want to keep it too long as it gets extremely hard but that’s the result of not having all the chemicals so it’s a good trade. Let it set and soften for a few minutes and its delicious.

My sister came over to pay a visit, I showed her my Cuisinart Ice Cream machine and made some ice cream. She could,t believe how easy it was , and how good the ice cream taste. She called me up the next day asking where I bought it.
