After swearing of Cuisinart due to a terrible coffee pot, I was hesitant to purchase this ice cream makers. So far, I have been completely satisfied with it. The ice cream sets quickly and has a great texture. I make sure my mixture has cooled before putting it in the freezer.

Bought this to replace a different ice cream maker that broke. It was a ice/salt combo. This one is great. Just pre freeze the bowl and it works in about 20 minutes for soft serve.
