Bought this ice cream maker to make healthier snacks. The recipe book included was very helpful. The machine is easy to use, just be sure to read instructions before use. Much easier than using salt to freeze. I tried the vanilla ice cream, and made lemon basil sorbet using ingredients from my garden. Batch is enough to not get tired of it. Recommend to get plastic containers that fit in freezer space to freeze/store your creations!

I got this ice scream maker for my birthday and thought initially it was too small for our family of four. Turns out, it's perfectly sized for us. We get one helping each of what's made with a little left over. Perfect! Need a spot in the freezer to keep the bowl while it's freezing though (and after so it can firm up a bit more). Glad I got it!
