Bought this to make keto ice cream and it works perfect. I will say the consistency of ice cream takes longer when it is warmer outside. But I say...what is an additional 5 minutes when it is sooooo good. Also important is to make sure the bowl is totally frozen prior or it won't turn into ice cream.

It is a pinkish red so it doesn’t match my other red kitchen stuff but it works great. It does thaw quickly and is loud. But the newer design appears as if that was addressed.
