It makes a perfect amount for 4-5 people at a time. Or, you can store some for later. It is so good that we don't even buy store-bought ice cream anymore! The only negatives I can think of is the noise the unit makes and time it takes, but the kids love to make it, so put them in charge and sit back and enjoy!

I bought this about a month ago. I love that I can make homemade ice cream very quickly, easy clean up, no having to use ice and salt (the old fashioned way). I find comfort in knowing exactly what is in my ice cream. I can make any kind I want. I also bought a Been and Jerry's Ice Cream Recipe book at the same time. It's great!

This ice cream maker is great because it works! Easy, fast, and delicious. The ice cream is even easy to scoop after being in the freezer for a week. I've had others that worked and didn't work, but this one if by far the best. Thanks for making something that does the job as promised.
