I have had this for months now and use it frequently. I use the basic vanilla recipe in the booklet but up the vanilla extract a little. It’s creamy and stays scoopable from the freezer. This little machine is awesome. Now I need to purchase a second freezer bowl!

I love my ice cream maker....I've made frozen goat milk yogurt and ice cream with it. It really does freeze a batch of yogurt in about 20 minutes and ice cream in about 25 miutes. I have even purchased the ice cream mixes (Just add milk) and they have come out great in my machine. Very easy to clean and use!!
