I bought this to make keto friendly ice cream. It works great and by using cold ingredients it freeze faster, usually within 2-3 minutes. Just remember to turn the machine on before adding the ingredients!

I love how easy it is to make delicious homemade ice cream. I have tried several different recipes and they all have turned out well. It is so easy. Just place ingredients in the container and turn it on and 20 minutes later, you have ice cream. The container is very easy to clean. I store the container in the freezer, so it is always cold and ready to make a batch of ice cream at a moments notice. Excellent product. It has already gotten lots of use.

We've had this ice cream maker for almost a year, and it has been a welcomed addition to our kitchen. It is so easy to make great tasting ice cream, and fast! Most batches take only about 15-17 minutes to churn. The recipes in the booklet are all we've needed so far, and each one has turned out great. Clean up is easy, too.

I bought this sweet machine because I got tired of dealing with the ice and salt needed for my older ice cream maker. The Cuisinart is just about idiot-proof. It comes with some good recipes, which you can modify of course. The machine is easy to clean, but I recommend letting it warm up to room temp before cleaning lest your cloth or sponge stick to the inside because of the cold.
