We've had this ice cream maker for almost a year, and it has been a welcomed addition to our kitchen. It is so easy to make great tasting ice cream, and fast! Most batches take only about 15-17 minutes to churn. The recipes in the booklet are all we've needed so far, and each one has turned out great. Clean up is easy, too.

I bought this sweet machine because I got tired of dealing with the ice and salt needed for my older ice cream maker. The Cuisinart is just about idiot-proof. It comes with some good recipes, which you can modify of course. The machine is easy to clean, but I recommend letting it warm up to room temp before cleaning lest your cloth or sponge stick to the inside because of the cold.

For my birthday, I got your Frozen Sorbet Maker. Our Grandchildren now have a new favorite dessert! We buy a two pound bag of organic frozen mango at our local store. We defrost several cups, mix it in our blender, and then use our new machine for 15 minutes. No sugar needed! Absolutely delicious!
