I used to have an electric ice cream maker but had to use rock salt & ice. Made a mess & labor intensive. Love this-- no mess, just freeze the bowl ahead of time, dump in the ingredients & faster than you'd think you have wonderful fresh ice cream

This is fantastic...makes good ICE cream. You can make any flavor you want. Faster, easier & less mess than elect crank type that requires rock salt & ICE to work. Just a little planning ie freeze canister for 24 hrs before making cream or sorbet.
