I’ve only used it once so far so the first try didn’t really go well. It never froze the mixture…it was more like a soupy milkshake. I’m wondering if it could have been because I used heavy cream that was outdated but still smelled okay to use. Next time I’ll be sure to use new fresh cream. I was a little disappointed so I haven’t yet attempted another batch. Hopefully fresh cream helps because I was really excited to use this ice cream maker a lot. I gave it three stars mostly because I need to test it again, fairly. I’ve never owned any kind of ice cream machine before but I was kind of surprised about the work involved before you even use the machine. No biggie.

No printed instructions. Manuel is online so difficult to read. No where did I read restrictions on utensils to scoop ice cream. Freezer bowl damaged after one use. I bought this to minimize unhealthy ingredients so I definitely don't want to use a scratched bowl. Very disappointed.

We used the vanilla recipe in the booklet that came with it and the ice cream overflowed. It was a mess to clean up because it oozed out everywhere. The ice cream was good but we debated whether it was worth it to keep or if we should return it.

I like it, but I can never get the ice cream to not have a chalky taste, and I wish it were a bit thicker. But I love the ease of it.

I purchased this item two weeks ago. I’m so disappointed in the performance. I’ve tried 4 different recipes, all icy and bad..
states it takes 20 minutes to produce ice cream, mine takes 10 minutes only, and it’s an icy clump. Website states returns are for unused products only, so I’m stuck with this machine. SAVE your money and purchase a Ninja Creami !! I so wished I would have done that …
