Only used it twice so far with disappointing results. The result was watery with ice crystals. Wanted to make s low-fat ice cream but it didn’t work out. Maybe the result would have been better with higher fat cream.

This purchase is a winner!! The ice cream is delicious. But, I REALLY enjoy the sorbet best. I always have ingredients on hand to stir up a batch. I freeze it in 1/2cups for convenience and not over indulging. I've mafe sorbets of raspberry, coconut and chocolate; all freshly super delicious.

I am having soo much fun with this ice cream maker! I’ve made six batches and I just got it for Mothers Day from my husband! It’s so easy and takes very little time. And you know that there are no chemicals in homemade ice cream! I’m totally addicted to the Butter Pecan!! I just made a mint ice cream with crushed Oreo mint cookies and chocolate chips! Next time I need to add more food coloring as the brown in the cookies made it turn tan from green. This weekend I’m planning on making raspberry sorbet!! Yumm!! Get yourself one of these and join in on the fun!!!

The only thing that could make the frozen yogurt ice cream maker better would be to make in America. I would gladly spend $5-$10 more to have it American made. Also, the two Achilles' heals are the freezing bin and the plastic mixing blades. The bin could crack in years to come and the plastic blade is minimally built, so I bought spares. Why not ship the maker with a spare blade or make them more robust??

I really like this icecream maker. Pros: it’s easy to use. Doesn’t have too many parts. Doesn’t take up too much space.Cons: it makes an annoying sound while it works. I can’t get the icecream to stay soft when freeze it like regular icecream does. It should come with a storage container because Tupperware isn’t cutting it. The contraption inside is annoying to clean. Heavy cream is expensive and you need 2 cups to make any icecream recipe.
