The recipes in the included manual are easy to follow and makes delicious ice cream. I have a friend that’s shared a chocolate gelato recipe with me and I have been pleased with the results. The batch size is perfect for 2 people and I am glad I bought this ice cream maker.

But it took planning to make ice cream and it was messy. We were visiting a friend recently who had the Ice-21 and it was so easy and so good! We bought one immediately. It’s a simple machine, easy to use and the results are great. So far we have made peach, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla and now have ice cream on hand all the time for a quick dessert. We just keep the insert in the freezer when we aren’t using it.
