I had success the first try and made a batch of chocolate sorbet. I like the size of this particular model since it's enough for my husband and me and the bowl fits in my freezer. I thought the machine would be noisy, but not at all! It's remarkably quiet.

This was given to me as a Christmas gift to try making gelato. I love it. It's super easy to use, just freeze the container and use. No messy ice or salt. The design makes it very easy to add ingredients, and it freezes the contents in about 15 minutes. I've loved the results and have probably used it too much.... nobody needs 4 batches of gelato in 10 days.
