I am really impressed with this little guy. At first I thought no way, too flimsy. Was I wrong. Incredibly awesome soft serve ice cream in twenty minutes. I can't stop making stuff with this machine. You too will be impressed. I always trusted Cuisinart. Never let me down. Enjoy!

I have whisked cream in cold bowls and also whipped air into cream with a stand mixer to add flavors later and freeze etc hacks into ice cream tricks but they were just hacks. Cuisinart ice cream maker delivers the real deal for much less work. Very happy with the purchase as the summer is still on
