Just works as it should, ice cram sof serve after 25 to 29 mins. The only thing I have a issue with is it doesn't make enough as it will only hold so much and as it starts to freeze it expands over the rim of the bowl. On the plus side is you can eat the over flow while you are transferring it to a container

Use this recipe to make a great coffee ice cream.

We have adapted the vanilla recipe in the booklet to make fantastic coffee ice cream. We use 3 shots of espresso (which total about 1/2 cup) and add enough milk to equal the one cup of milk in the recipe. We also cut back on the sugar to 1/2 cup. This recipe will make a creamy batch of ice cream.
